Sick sinus syndrome
Etiology
- Drugs: digitalis, calcium channel blockers, beta-blockers, clonidine, other sympatholytics, amiodarone, other antiarrhythmics
- Age-related conduction system fibrosis or calcification (Lev's disease)
- Cardiac infiltrative disease (eg, amyloid, sarcoidosis, hemochromatosis)
- Chagas' disease
