Etiology

Drugs: digitalis, calcium channel blockers, beta-blockers, clonidine, other sympatholytics, amiodarone, other antiarrhythmics
Age-related conduction system fibrosis or calcification (Lev's disease)
Cardiac infiltrative disease (eg, amyloid, sarcoidosis, hemochromatosis)
Chagas' disease
