Salpingitis/pelvic inflammatory disease (PID)
Usually polymicrobial: N. gonorrhoeae (GNDC), Chlamydia trachomatis , bacteroides, pepto-streptococcus, G. vaginalis , and other anaerobes, Enterobacteriaceae (GNR), streptococci (GPC in chains), Mycoplasma hominis (debatable).
