Enterobacteriaceae (GNR) (68%), enterococcus (GPC in chains) (14%), Pseudomonas aeruginosa (GNR), bacteroides (GNR) (10%), Clostridium sp. (GPR) (7%), fusobacterium, M. avium-intracellulare complex (MAC) in AIDS patients.
Parasites: microsporidia (Enterocytozoon bieneusi) cryptosporidia, Ascaris lumbricoides, Opisthorchis viverrini, O. felineus, Clonorchis sinensis, Fasciola hepatica, Echinococcus granulosus, E. multilocularis.
Viruses: CMV in AIDS.
