Infectious esophagitis
Fungal: Candida albicans, Candida glabrata , (rare organisms are Aspergillus, Blastomyces, Cryptococcus).
Viral: CMV, HSV, (rarer are HPV, VZV, Epstein-Barr viruses).
Bacterial: Viridans streptococci, staphylococci, Mycobacteria.
