- Wilson's disease
- Drugs: caffeine, alcohol withdrawal, sympathomimetics, antipsychotics, theophylline, metoclopramide, lithium, levothyroxine, tricyclic antidepressants, valproic acid, reserpine
- Psychogenic tremor
