Etiology
- Hyperglycemia, eg, diabetes mellitus, gestational diabetes, Cushing’s syndrome
- Nondiabetic (benign) glycosuria: genetic, Fanconi’s syndrome, chronic renal failure, pregnancy
- Lead toxicity
