Heat stroke
Neuroleptic malignant syndrome
Malignant hyperthermia (anesthetic-associated)
Serotonin syndrome, eg, SSRI used with monoamine oxidase inhibitor
Other drugs: anticholinergics, antihistamines, tricyclic antidepressants, monoamine oxidase inhibitors, salicylates, amphetamines, cocaine, PCP, LSD
Thyrotoxicosis
Prolonged seizures
