Bone disease, eg, bone metastases, Paget’s disease, osteomalacia, osteosarcoma, hyperparathyroidism (GGT normal)
Pregnancy (third trimester)
Gastrointestinal disease, eg, bowel infarction or perforated viscus
Hepatitis, eg, viral, alcoholic, toxic
Infiltrative liver disease, eg, tuberculosis, sarcoidosis, lymphoma, amyloidosis
Hemochromatosis
